JEFFREY M. PLATTE JEFFREY M. PLATTE
is one of the founding members of the Firm. He concentrates his practice
in real estate transactions, general corporate counseling and representation
of small businesses. Mr. Platte acts as outside general counsel for several
privately owned businesses, including prominent national retail chains,
real estate brokerage and development companies, construction companies,
advertising and media agencies and restaurants. Mr. Platte is also counsel
to a public company that is an approved Small Business Administration
lender and one of the premier providers of business services and financial
products to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States.
His experience also includes representation of landlords and tenants in
office and retail leasing transactions, commercial and residential real
estate acquisitions, financings, dispositions and conversions to condominiums
and cooperative corporations.
JEFFREY H. KLARSFELD
is one of the founding members of the Firm. He has a broad range of litigation
experience in state and federal courts in matters relating to all facets
of real estate, including cooperative and condominiums and commercial
and residential landlord tenant law, commercial matters, matrimonial disputes,
construction litigation, bankruptcy and the collections of debts. In addition,
Mr. Klarsfeld has filed and argued numerous appeals in both the state
and federal courts.
DAVID E. LEVINE has been with the firm since its inception in 2000. Concentrating his practice in the area of commercial and residential real estate transactions, he also has extensive experience in landlord/tenant disputes and commercial litigation. Mr. Levine received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1990 and bachelor’s degree in English from S.U.N.Y Buffalo in 1987. He is a member of both the New York and Connecticut bars.
DAVID R. LACHTMAN joined the Firm as a partner in 2002, and specializes in real estate and general corporate law. Mr. Lachtman has extensive experience in office and retail leasing on behalf of both landlords and tenants, acquisitions and sales of commercial and residential real estate, and asset-based and real estate secured financing for institutional and private lenders and borrowers. Mr. Lachtman represents various privately held companies in all of their corporate activities, and is also outside counsel to a number of condominium boards and cooperative corporations located in New York City. Mr. Lachtman received a law degree from Touro College School of Law in 1994, where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from The George Washington University in 1991. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
LEE BIALOSTOK has fifteen years of experience in complex contract interpretation, unfair competition and real estate disputes. Specializing in civil and commercial litigation, real estate transactions and Healthcare Administration, Mr. Bialostok is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey and holds licenses from the New York State Department of Insurance. Mr. Bialostok received his law degree from Hofstra University Law School where he graduated with honors in 1986, and received his B.A. in English from Suffolk University where he graduated in 1980. |
